The Falcons Community Foundation was founded in January 2005, replacing the Community Department at the Newcastle Falcons.
As a charitable organization, the Foundation relies on fundraising events, grants and donations in order to carry out the work it does across the North East and Cumbria.
Using the fantastic support of Newcastle Falcons as a foundation, our work is focused in the areas of grassroots sport, club development, social inclusion, health and education, with the use of Newcastle Falcons players as outstanding role models.
The work of the Foundation has been recognised with the team winning the 2007 Citizenship Award at the House of Commons by the All Party Parliamentary Sports Action Group.
