| The competition sees the Falcons pooled with Leeds Carnegie, Sale Sharks and hosts Leicester Tigers, with the top two teams on the night progressing through to the finals event in Bath.
Among Newcastle's main strike threats on the night will be former England Sevens wing Charlie Amesbury, while Scotland Under-20s star Michael Tait will also add plenty of pace and finishing ability out wide.
Dutch international Sep Visser makes his Falcons Sevens debut having represented the club's Development Team last season, while Scotland Sevens cap Peter Jericevich is also brought into the squad.
Westoe flanker Aaron Myers, Newcastle University openside Sam Shires, Cambridge University centre Fred Burdon and England Students fly half Mike Ward all feature after playing for the Falcons second-string last season in A-League action.
They are bolstered by experienced Sevens wings Tyson Lewis, Steve Parsons, Jack Smales and Jack Harrison, with coach Mark Laycock predicting plenty of running rugby from the new-look tournament.
"We've got a good mix in this squad, and there's a lot of excitement being generated by the introduction of the new JP Morgan Asset Management Premiership Rugby Sevens," said Laycock.
"Obviously having someone like Charlie Amesbury in our squad gives us a real strike threat which we will try and exploit, but there is a mixture of Sevens experience and raw talent in this group which we will look to use for what we know will be a tough competition.
"It should definitely be a good night for the fans with plenty of open running rugby, and a load of tries."
