| Former Falcon Hugh Vyvyan starts at blindside flanker, while the league's top scorer, Glen Jackson, starts at fly half.
Director of rugby Alan Gaffney said: "There are a number of players who have been unlucky not to get more game time in recent weeks and they deserve an opportunity to start.
"They will get that chance on Friday in a game that comes on the back of a five day turnaround and two very tough matches against Bath and Sale Sharks which were played very heavy conditions and that means there are some tired legs around. Guys like Richard Hill and Neil de Kock have played a lot of rugby recently but this is also a chance to bring some fresh legs into the team.
"We played some good rugby against Sale last week and the more I watch the video of the game, the more pleased I am. We played with ambition despite the conditions and we were also able to close out the game, but we're not going to get in front of ourselves or take anything for granted.
"We travel to face a team who have won their last six matches in a row at Kingston Park and included in that are some impressive victories. We have a contest on our hands against a side that inflicted a heavy defeat on Wasps two weeks ago and we know we're going to be in for a very tough game. But we've got six games remaining in the Premiership and all of them are vital if we are to maintain our push for a top four spot."
Tickets for the game are still available by calling 0871 226 60 60, or from Kingston Park during office hours and on the night.
