Newcastle Falcons’ youngsters have been busy on the international stage this week.

Meanwhile in the Under-19s World Cup in Belfast the Falcons have players in action for both Scotland and England.

Scrum half Ross Samson starts for the Scots against France, while centre Alex Tait starts at centre for England against Samoa.

In Under-16s action Newcastle fly half Tom Catterick starts in the Five Nations opener for England against Wales today, in a side captained by fellow Falcon Alex Gray.
