Newcastle Falcons will be well represented at the Prince’s Trust Challenge Trophy on Thursday, as Matt Burke, James Grindal, Steve Bates and Peter Walton show their golfing prowess.
The star-studded event raises funds for the Prince’s Trust, with the Falcons quartet playing for the Duke of Northumberland’s team against the Earl of Durham.

Northumberland will be captained by Olympic gold triple jumper Jonathan Edwards, with fellow athletics legend Steve Cram skippering the Durham side.

Falcons forwards coach Walton said: “The Prince’s Trust is a fantastic cause and something I have been involved with before, so we’re happy to help in any way we can by supporting their event.”
