The five-day coaching camps are to be held at Kingston Park, and each week is aimed at a different age group. The emphasis of the course is to develop rugby skills and knowledge, meet Premiership rugby stars and have fun.

The camps dates and age groups are:

Under 8’s –Under 10’s Mon 30th July to Fri 3rd Aug  10am-3pm

Under 11’s - Under 13’s Mon 6th Aug to Fri 10th Aug  10am-3pm

Under 14’s – Under 18’s Mon 20th Aug to Fri 24th Aug 10am-3pm

Girls Summer Camp  Mon 20th Aug to Fri 24th Aug 10am-3pm

This camp is at a cost of £125 for the 5 days, and includes the following:

The falcons are also hosting the Falcons Cheerleading/Dance camp for the second year running.

Last year over 35 people took part in the week long Dance lessons, working on a routine which was then performed in front of 10,000 people at the Falcons first home match of the 2006/7 season.

The course runs fromMonday 20th August to Friday 24th August.

This year once again participants will have their chance to showcase their talents in front of thousands. The course is limited on numbers, priced at £100 and includes the following:

And finally, the annual Falcons Residential camp is taking place at Ripon Garrison this year.

We can confirm that of the 50 places we have allocated, only 20 remain. The “Be Your Best” rugby camps are run in conjunction with Sale Sharks, Leeds Tykes and the British Army to bring you a week of intense rugby training as well as a taste of Army life. Activities outside rugby include paintballing, obstacle courses and target practice.

This course is aimed at those serious about a future in rugby, with five days of coaching, and featuring players from both the Sale Sharks and Leeds Tykes as well as the entire Falcons squad. Yes, the Falcons squad will travel to Ripon, complete their very own training session open only to those on the camp and follow it up by taking all participants on the camp through their paces in drills to develop skill, technique and awareness.

The Residential Camp costs £295 and is open to ages 14 – 18. This includes accommodation and meals for the week.
