Falcons legend Richard Arnold, now head coach for Team Northumbria, said: “Games between ourselves and Newcastle University are always great occasions with a good crowd in attendance, and we’re all looking forward to playing out on the main pitch at Kingston Park.

“The hope is that we can get as many supporters as possible in to the ground to watch the game and help generate what is always a fantastic atmosphere, as the city’s two universities go head to head.”
