Newcastle Falcons stars Ollie Phillips and Joe Shaw had tour of the Vermont Hotel to launch the Six Nations Celebration Dinner, to be held on Wednesday March 19.
Newcastle Falcons’ Community Foundation is holding a special celebratory dinner for the Six Nations Championship, which will be held at the exclusive Heritage Suite in the Vermont Hotel and will include a special guest speaker.

The Vermont Hotel has worked tirelessly to support the Falcons Community Foundation, and this event is another way that the Vermont Hotel demonstrates its dedication to charity in the North East.

Previously, the Vermont Hotel has held an abseil down its landmark building and has also held collections and donated to the charity.

"It's amazing that the Vermont Hotel are giving their time to such a worthwhile cause,” said Shaw.

“The Vermont Hotel will be a fantastic setting for our charity dinner and we're really looking forward to attending the event along with the rest of the Falcons players. It's great to see their dedication to our charity."

The evening of a lifetime will be raising money for the Falcons Community Foundation so it can continue to deliver vital sporting and educational programmess to young people in the local community.

The cost of the event is £900 per table or £100 per person. Not only will guests enjoy their dinner alongside a Falcons player, they will also receive:

· A delicious four-course meal prepared by a renowned chef at the Vermont .
· Wine and refreshments throughout the meal.
· A commemorative booklet of the Six Nations Celebration Dinner.
· Photography of your table with photographs given to you after the event.
· The chance to bid for amazing auction prizes in the exclusive silent auction.
· An after-dinner speech from a renowned rugby personality.
· Games and entertainment throughout the evening.
· The knowledge that your night has also helped young people and adults access education and aspiration.
· Generous support has also come from dedicated followers such as O2 who have bought tables at the event to ensure the charity can deliver programmes in the local community.
