| The Falcons star will ride the undulating 240 miles from St Bees in Cumbria to Robin Hood's Bay in Yorkshire over four days starting from July 7, averaging 60 miles of hilly terrain per day.
The 28-year-old said: "Myself and a few mates will be taking on what is a tough course over the four days, up and down The Pennines, but it's all for a great cause raising money for the British Heart Foundation.
"My nana recently died from heart-related problems and my dad had a heart attack in March of this year, so it is a charity close to my heart, and the fact that we will be finishing near my home town of Whitby makes it even more special.
"We have had a lot of support so far from within the rugby community as well as friends and family, and if people would like to sponsor us for The British Heart Foundation then the more the merrier."
