| Places are now available on the Falcons' five-day residential summer camp, to be held at Barnard Castle School between August 11 and 15. |
The Newcastle Falcons squad will again be visiting the camp on one of the days to pass on their coaching knowhow, with players from Sale Sharks and Leeds Carnegie also attending as the three clubs again work in conjunction.
The cutting-edge course is for 14 to 18-year-olds, with top-quality and qualified, CRB-checked coaches in attendance throughout the week.
As well as 25hrs of top quality rugby coaching, there will be over 12 hours of unique extra activities provided by the Army, many of which will be aimed at increasing team and leadership skills.
This is afive- day intensive programme aimed at developing good rugby players into elite performers. It is therefore expected that players arrive on the course possessing high levels of fitness and skills.
