| Sponsorship is an excellent way to promote your company whilst getting directly involved at Kingston Park and enjoying Guinness Premiership rugby. |
For the 2009/10 season we are categorising our matches A, B and C depending on the opponents and the date the game is being played.
The match, ball and programme packages will remain the same whichever the category, but the price will vary on this basis. 'A' games will be the best matches and include opponents such as London Wasps and Leicester, B will be our mid category and C our lowest category covering matches such as the European Challenge Cup pool games and our pre-season friendly.
There are three match-day sponsorship packages you can consider:
MATCH SPONSORSHIP
This package is for twenty guests and includes:
• A three course table-served meal with half a bottle of wine per person
• Reserved Premium seats
• Car parking (one pass per four guests)
• Complimentary match day programme per guest
• Exclusive gift for each guest
• Welcome Speech with presentation of a signed framed shirt by a Falcons player
• Digital photograph of the presentation
• Full page colour advert in the match day programme with logo on the front cover
• Advertising hoarding
• Accreditation over the tannoy
PRICE: A game @ £3000 ex VAT
B game @ £2500 ex Vat
C game @ £1700 ex VAT
BALL SPONSORSHIP
This package is for 10 guests and includes:
• A three course meal with half a bottle of wine per person
• Reserved Premium seats
• Car parking (three passes)
• Welcome speech
• Complimentary match programme for each guest
• Exclusive gift for each guest
• Half page colour advert in the match programme with logo on front cover
• Signed Newcastle Falcons Ball presented by a Falcons player on the day
• Digital photograph of the presentation
• Accreditation over the tannoy
PRICE: A game @ £1350 ex VAT
B game @ £1100 ex VAT
C game @ £700 ex VAT
PROGRAMME SPONSOR
This package is for up to 10 guests and includes:
• A three course meal with half a bottle of wine per person
• Reserved Premium seats
• Complimentary match programme for each guest
• Reserved VIP parking spaces (one per four guests)
• Accreditation over the tannoy
• Half page colour advert in the match programme with logo on front cover
• Framed front page of programme presented by a Falcons player on the day
• Digital photograph of the presentation
• Accreditation over the tannoy

Points to note:
Upon booking you will receive written confirmation and invoice. Payment will be due in full within 30 days of booking or within two weeks of the match if the game falls within a month of booking.
