Newcastle Falcons is proudly supporting Prostate UK, and their unique race in Saltwell Park, Gateshead.
Residents in Gateshead can show their cheeky side on Sunday 28 June 2009 by uniting in their pants for the annual “Pants In The Park” 5K fun run, in partnership with Simplyhealth, for Prostate UK.

Saltwell Park, will play host to local people coming together, dressed in ‘super hero’ style with their decorated pants over their running kits, to help raise funds and generate awareness for Prostate UK, the only charity working to fight all prostate diseases.

Amanda McLean, Chief Executive, Prostate UK says: “One in two men will suffer from prostate disease at some stage in their lives, and this is one of the many ways we try and raise funds and awareness to help our fight against prostate diseases ruining lives.”

Becoming a local “super hero” has never been so easy!

For £5 you can register online (www.pantsinthepark.org) or call 0208 394 7979 and join us at Saltwell Park from 11am on Sunday 28 June and be proud to line up in your pants!
