The Falcons Community Foundation, in partnership with Nortumberland RFU, delivered a front row clinic to under 14s, 15s and 16s from the county on Monday night.
As well as around 20 youngsters, coaches from the different clubs also had the chance to watch and quiz the Falcons players on front row play.

Kieran Brookes and Alex Walker were the Falcons stars in attendance to help the youngsters with body position, safety, and techniques.

The also gave tips on how to strenghen muscles associated with front row play, and how to develop as players.

The Falcons players were hugely impressed with the youngsters' attitude and ability, in what is a tough area of the game.

Alex Walker said: "Front row is not always the most glamorous position to play, but some of these lads showed real talent tonight and I think that with continued development some of them could make it to the top of their game."
