Why Newcastle Falcons?

You can choose from three suites all offering an abundance of natural light, space, furniture, bar facilities, cooling systems and power outlets.  Or, for a more intimate setting one of our corporate boxes would be ideal.

Our professionally catered menus can suit any requirement and function whether it’s for a sit down meal, working lunch or a delicious buffet. And if that’s not enough our head chef can create a menu especially for you! Refreshments are available throughout the day and for the comfort of your guests, rest rooms are situated outside all of the function suites.

Kingston Park is a novel change to the mundane meeting room with panoramic pitch-side views and over 500 free on-site car parking spaces. 

Which Suite to Hire?

The capacity of each of the available suites differs dependant on the room set up, below are some examples of frequently required room set up styles:

  • If at full capacity we would not be able to accommodate a buffet station within the room. Cabaret style is based on 3 tables. For parties requiring over 3 you would be advised to book a larger room.

Due Dieci, Newcastle Falcons on-site Italian restaurant is open from 12noon until 2.30pm and then from 5.30pm until 10pm, and would be delighted to cater for your event, choose anything you fancy from the a la carte menu. Pre-ordering for large numbers is recommended. * Please note that Due Dieci is now closed every Monday.

Platinum Package @ £35.00 per person
• Room hire
• Tea, coffee, & biscuits served on arrival, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon
• Finger buffet Menu 2 or Light lunch menu 2
• 75cl bottle of mineral water for every 2 delegates
• Fruit basket in main conference room
• AV equipment (screen, flipchart, pad, pens, OHP/LCD projector
• Free on-site parking

Gold Package @ £30.00 per person
• Room hire
• Tea, coffee, & biscuits served on arrival, mid-morning, and mid-afternoon
• Finger buffet 1 or Light lunch menu 1
• 75cl bottle of mineral water for every 2 delegates
• AV equipment hire (screen, flipchart, pad, pens, OHP/LCD projector
• Free on-site parking

* All prices are excluding VAT. Minimum numbers of 50 are required for the day delegate rate.
