Thank you for showing an interest in Newcastle Falcons for your forth-coming event. We offer a range of packages enabling you to tailor your package to your individual requirements.

Package 1

Hire of the Gold suite including time to access the room before the function begins to decorate

Banqueting tables set up for 300 guests including white linen*

Staging for bride and groom**

Cover charge for client to provide own catering; including all serving equipment, cutlery & crockery

Cover charge for client to provide own soft drinks; including glass ware

Hire of kitchen facilities to serve food; food must arrive on the premises cooked & heated

Package 2

Cover charge for client to provide all catering; including all serving equipment

Cover charge for client to provide own soft drinks

Hire of cutlery, crockery and glassware for 300 guests

Hire of Newcastle Falcon waiting staff

Hire of kitchen facilities to serve the food; food must arrive on the premises cooked and heated

- £6,500.00

Package 4

Hire of the Gold suite including time to access the room before the function begins to decorate

Banqueting tables set up for 30 guests including white linen*

Staging for bride & groom **

Cover charge for client to provide own catering; including all serving equipment

Cover charge for client to provide own alcoholic and soft drinks; including glassware

Hire of kitchen facilities to serve the food; food must arrive on the premises cooked and heated

- £8,000.00

*If two settings of 300 guests are required an extra fee will be charged dependant on the package chosen.

**There may be an extra charge for staging dependant on the day of access.

Additional Information

Client must dispose of all rubbish after the event

A £500.00 deposit must be paid on top of the package price to be returned subject to damages

All final amendments and balances must be settled one month prior to the event commencing

The client must sign a disclaimer before being permitted to bring their own catering onto the premises

The caterers are responsible for providing all serving equipment and utensils needed on the day

After the function all kitchen areas used must be cleaned and left in the same state as they were received

Please note that no gas burners will be allowed onto the premises

Newcastle Falcons accepts no liability for any goods left on the premises before, a=during or after the function

Any DJ/PA equipment must have a valid PAT/insurance certificate before being permitted onto the premises

Newcastle Falcons is not responsible for any externally arranged entertainment, services or activities organised by the client

Early access will only be granted on the day of the event from 09.00

Please note that the client will not have access to the function bar in the suite


Terms and Conditions

A provisional booking may be made either over the telephone or in person and can be held for up to 14 days. Newcastle Falcons has the rights to cancel any bookings once the 14th day of the provisional period has passed.

A deposit of £1,000 is required to confirm all bookings; please note that all deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable.

Full pre-payment including damages deposit must be paid one month prior to the event
All package prices include VAT at the current rate.

Cancellation

Over 180 days prior to the event £1,000 deposit
180 - 120 days 50% of total event cost
120 - 90 days 75% of total event cost
90 - 7 days 85% of total event cost
7 days - day of the event 100% of total event cost

The cancellation charge is based on the estimated total cost for the event.
